including PA/OM segment processing errors.Support IDoc-based data transfer between SAP S/4HANA and ECC.Debug and optimize ABAP programs, enhancements and reports.Handle production incidents within agreed SLA timelines.Work closely with HR Functional, Basis and cross-functional teams for RCA and resolution.Support AMS activities covering incident, problem and change management.Experience with SAP CPI / PI/PO for HR integration is an added advantage.?
