The ideal candidate should possess strong technical troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with industrial systems, and the ability to work closely with customers to ensure successful project deployments.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Validation & TestingPerform system validation and testing prior to deployment.Conduct hardware and software functionality checks.Ensure systems meet deployment readiness standards.Maintain testing records and validation reports.Deployment & InstallationInstall, configure, and commission robotics and automation systems at customer sites.Integrate deployed solutions with cameras, PLCs, servers, sensors, and industrial equipment.Coordinate with customer teams for seamless system implementation.Support assembly line integration and production deployment activities.Customer Training & Technical SupportConduct training sessions for customer operators and maintenance teams.Provide post-deployment technical support and troubleshooting.Monitor deployed systems and ensure optimal performance.Address customer concerns and resolve technical issues promptly.Maintenance & Service ManagementSupport Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
