Yana IVF & Fertility Centre* is looking for an experienced and result-oriented *Centre Head* to take complete ownership of centre operations, patient experience, business development and revenue growth.Key Responsibiities* Manage complete day-to-day operations of the IVF Centre* Drive patient footfall, IVF counselling, conversion and revenue targets* Lead and manage centre teams across clinical and non-clinical departments* Monitor the complete patient journey: *Lead → Appointment → Consultation → Counselling → IVF Start** Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals and referral partners* Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Telecalling and Counselling teams* Monitor centre-wise revenue, collections,



referrals and conversion performance* Identify business opportunities and strengthen the centre's market presence* Handle patient feedback and ensure excellent patient experience* Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews and target assessments* Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, patient safety and NABH requirements* Prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports to managementCandidate ProfileBachelor's Degree in any disciplineMBA / Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration preferred? *6–10 years of relevant experience*? *IVF / Fertility / Hospital experience strongly preferred*? Proven experience in centre operations, team management and revenue targets? Robust doctor relationship and business-development skills?
