and engineering best practicesDrive responsible adoption of AI-assisted development practices to improve quality and delivery velocityRemain hands-on with architecture, code reviews, troubleshooting, and critical solution designRequired qualifications15+ years of experience in .NET Full Stack Engineering, Solution Design, and Enterprise Architecture.Hands-on expertise in Classic ASP, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, and MVC.Strong experience designing scalable Microservices and Distributed Systems architectures.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP also acceptable), including serverless computing technologies.Expertise in API-first design, RESTful services, and Event-Driven Architecture.Experience building modern web applications using React and/or Next.Js.Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, application security, observability, and enterprise integration patterns.Proven ability to identify, manage, and modernize technical debt across enterprise applications.Experience with AI-enabled engineering practices and hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Agentic AI solutions to improve engineering productivity.
