We are hiring for US Non-IT Engineering Recruiter roles in Chennai.Location: ChennaiWork Mode: Work from OfficeShift: US Shift (EST Timings)Experience: 5+ YearsJob Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end US Non-IT Engineering Recruitment.Source and screen candidates for Engineering requirements.Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment lifecycle.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.Requirements:5+ years of experience in US Staffing/Recruitment.Strong experience in Engineering Recruitment.Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job portals.Good understanding of W2, C2C, and Direct Hiring.Experience working with VMS/MSP clients will be an added advantage.Excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace.Immediate joiners are preferred.
