Job Responsibilities:*** Lead and participate in all phases of SAP FICO implementation projects, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.* Analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions.* Configure and customize SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA, CCA, PCA, PS) to meet specific business needs.* Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the quality and integrity of SAP FICO solutions.* Provide expert functional support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO issues.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical developers, business users, and project managers.* Mentor and guide junior SAP FICO consultants, fostering their professional growth.* Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO functionalities, tools, and industry best practices.* Prepare detailed documentation for all project phases, configurations, and processes.* Contribute to pre-sales activities,



including solutioning and effort estimations.Job Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.* Minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.* Proven expertise in configuring and customizing key SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA, CCA, PCA, PS).* Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and business processes.* Experience with multiple full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations.* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.* SAP FICO certification(s) are highly desirable.* Experience with S/4HANA Finance is a significant plus.* Strong client-facing skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
