Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials.

2. Maintain accurate stock records and monitor inventory levels.

3. Ensure proper loading, unloading, stacking, and safe storage of materials.

4. Prepare and maintain GRN, delivery challans, stock registers, and other warehouse documents.

5. Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile differences.

6. Coordinate with internal teams for timely material picking and dispatch.

7. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and follows safety procedures.

8. Update inventory and material movement details in Excel or warehouse management software.

Required skills:

· Basic knowledge of warehouse operations

· Inventory & stock management

· MS Excel

· ERP / WMS knowledge is an advantage

· GRN & dispatch documentation

· Positive communication and coordination

· Attention to detail
