OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To Improve Fill rates & Master data accuracy to achieve better fill rate and higher sales. Coordinate with

the ITC Branches all India/COP team for supplies & fill rate. Assisting Key account Management team in

managing the modern trade & MT CnC Team Operation. Working closely with the account replenishment

team & Category Team.

Key Responsibility Area

a. Achieving Target Fill rate for assigned categories and Accounts.

b. Master Issue Resolution by coordinating between KAMs, CDMs, and internal & external MDM teams.

c. Correct Assortment has to be maintained at Account end to get correct POs.

d. Coordinate with logistics and Branch teams to get appointments or align for Fixed days of Shipment with

Account.

e. Daily working from WS has to monitored

i. Take amendments for EAN, BC, MRP mismatch for open Pos.

ii. Coordinate with Supply planning team to ensure stock availability against POs.

iii.



PO extension if required.

iv. Correct SAP mismatch issues if any.

f. Reconcile Fill Rate weekly/monthly after end of month with Account Category SC team.

g. Maintaining & Updating Linking Listing tracker of articles including NPI.

h. Update the Master data for articles with correct EAN codes and SSKUs as per Business plans.

i. Connect with Account to understand operation pain points and help resolve with correct stakeholder.

j. Onboarding in SAP for recent customers.

k. Track in stock availability with coordination with SC team and Account.
