Experience

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Proposal Writing / Bid Management / Presales
- Experience in the Software / IT industry is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage RFP, RFI, and tender proposals.
- Work with Sales, Technical, and Management teams to understand client requirements.
- Write and edit proposals, executive summaries, solution overviews, case studies, and technical content.
- Create strong value propositions and win themes to improve proposal success.
- Manage the complete proposal process from requirement gathering to final submission.
- Coordinate with SMEs, technical teams, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Review proposals for accuracy, quality, grammar, formatting, and compliance.
- Maintain proposal templates, reusable content, and knowledge repositories.




- Track deadlines and ensure proposals are submitted on time.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Proposal Writing / Bid Management / Presales.
- Hands-on experience with RFP/RFI responses.
- Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical/software concepts.
- Experience working with Sales, Technical, and Management teams.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience with Proposal Management tools / CRM is an added advantage.
