We are seeking an experienced Red Team Specialist to join our cybersecurity team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in offensive security and a passion for identifying vulnerabilities in systems and applications.

Responsibilities

- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to identify security weaknesses.
- Develop and execute red team operations to simulate real-world attacks.
- Collaborate with blue teams to improve overall security posture and incident response capabilities.
- Document findings and provide actionable recommendations to enhance security measures.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
- Participate in security awareness training and workshops for internal teams.

Skills and Qualifications





- 4-10 years of experience in red teaming, penetration testing, or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of networking protocols and security technologies.
- Proficiency in using various penetration testing tools (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Ruby.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and methodologies (e.g., OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK;).
- Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex security problems.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
