Key Responsibilities
Manage
inbound and warm leads
(no cold calling)
Consult professionals on suitable
career certification programs
Communicate effectively with
Managers, Senior Managers, and CXO-level professionals
Build long-term client trust and close sales professionally
Maintain consistency, discipline, and professionalism in day-to-day work
Candidate Profile
Strong spoken English and professional communication skills
Confidence to handle conversations with senior corporate professionals
Self-disciplined, emotionally stable,



and process-oriented
0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
(Candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply)
Compensation & Growth
Fixed Salary:
₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Additional performance-based incentives
