About Position:
We are seeking an experienced Service Now Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Service Now solutions that address complex business challenges while aligning with enterprise architecture standards and digital transformation objectives. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, defining solution strategies and governing architectural decisions across multiple Service Now modules.

What You'll Do:
Define holistic Service Now solution architectures spanning business processes, applications, data, integrations, security, and user experience. Lead architecture and solution design across multiple Service Now modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB/SACM, Sec Ops, GRC, and IRM. Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and upgrade-safe Service Now solutions. Ensure architectural alignment with enterprise standards, governance frameworks, and Service Now product roadmaps. Design integration architectures between Service Now and enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and third-party systems. Define data architecture, CMDB strategy, service mapping, and configuration management practices. Drive platform standardization, optimization, and adoption of Service Now best practices. Evaluate functional and non-functional requirements including security, performance, scalability, reliability, and compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to define implementation roadmaps and value realization strategies. Provide architectural governance, technical oversight, and design reviews throughout the project lifecycle. Support pre-sales activities, solution estimation, proposal development, and client presentations. Mentor technical teams and provide guidance on platform capabilities, implementation approaches, and architectural best practices. Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and solutioning discussions with business and technology stakeholders.



Ensure successful delivery of large-scale Service Now transformation programs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and platform modernization efforts.
Expertise You'll Bring:
12+ years of experience in Service Now Solution Architecture, Enterprise Service Management, or Enterprise Application Consulting. Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Service Now solutions. Strong expertise across multiple Service Now modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, Sec Ops, GRC, IRM, and CMDB. Deep understanding of Service Now platform architecture, capabilities, and implementation methodologies. Experience leading complex, multi-domain, global Service Now transformation programs. Strong experience designing integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub, and third-party middleware platforms. Expertise in CMDB architecture, Service Mapping, Discovery, Asset Management, and Configuration Management practices. Strong understanding of platform governance, architecture standards, and upgrade strategies. Experience creating target architectures, roadmaps, and enterprise-scale Service Now strategies. Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders and translate business objectives into technology solutions. ITIL v4 best practices and Enterprise Service Management frameworks. Digital workflow transformation and service delivery modernization initiatives. Service Now security architecture, compliance requirements, and governance practices. Enterprise architecture frameworks and solution architecture methodologies. Business process optimization and automation strategies. Agile delivery methodologies, Dev Ops practices, and continuous improvement frameworks. Cloud architecture, enterprise integration patterns, and API-driven ecosystems.



Data governance, reporting, analytics, and operational excellence frameworks. Organizational change management and platform adoption strategies. Service Now product roadmap, platform capabilities, and future innovations. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Ability to influence strategic decision-making and technology direction. Experience facilitating architecture workshops and design sessions. Strong consulting mindset with focus on business outcomes and value realization. Capability to mentor architects, consultants, and development teams. Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and complex enterprise programs.
