Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate STEM Trainer to deliver engaging, hands-on training to school students. The trainer will teach students through practical activities and projects in STEM, Robotics, Coding, Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Electronics, and emerging technologies.

The ideal candidate should enjoy working with children, have a strong interest in technology, and be able to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct hands-on STEM training sessions for school students.
- Teach basic to advanced concepts in Robotics, Coding, AI, IoT and Electronics based on the students level.
- Guide students in building practical projects and prototypes.
- Explain technical concepts in a simple, interactive and age-appropriate manner.
- Encourage students to experiment, ask questions and solve problems creatively.
- Conduct classroom activities, demonstrations and project-based learning sessions.
- Assist students in troubleshooting their projects and understanding mistakes.
- Maintain a positive, engaging and disciplined classroom environment.
- Follow the company's training curriculum and lesson plans.
- Prepare and organize required training materials, components and equipment.




- Track student participation and learning progress.
- Coordinate with schools, teachers and the STEM Matrix team when required.

Required Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and working with school students.
- Basic/strong knowledge of STEM, Robotics, Coding, AI, IoT or Electronics.
- Ability to conduct practical, project-based learning.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to travel to schools/training locations when required.

Educational Qualification

B.Tech / B.E / B.Sc / M.Sc / BCA or a relevant technical/ STEM background.

Freshers with strong technical skills and a passion for teaching are also welcome.

Experience

0–2 years of experience in STEM education, robotics training, coding education, technical training, or a related field is preferred.
