About the Role

Our client is seeking for a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter (Tech & AI Hiring) to join our team and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for technical and AI-focused roles.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in IT/Tech recruitment, excellent candidate-sourcing skills, and the ability to understand technical requirements and identify the right talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, build talent pipelines, and drive the recruitment process from sourcing to closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

- Understand job requirements and create effective candidate sourcing strategies.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, databases, and other channels.

- Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, location, compensation, and overall fit.

- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/functional interviews.

- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements and provide suitable profiles.

- Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer discussions, and joining formalities.

- Negotiate salary, notice period,



and other relevant terms with candidates.

- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.

- Meet recruitment targets and ensure positions are closed within agreed timelines.

- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, with strong exposure to IT/Tech hiring.

- Hands-on experience recruiting for AI/ML, software engineering, data, cloud, or other technical roles.

- Strong understanding of technical skills, job descriptions, and technology-based hiring requirements.

- Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.

- Strong candidate screening and evaluation skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple requirements and hiring processes simultaneously.

- Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and clients.

- Delhi-based candidates only.

- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site (Hybrid) from the Delhi office.

- Immediate or short-notice joiners will be preferred.
