Role Description The Real Estate Experience Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for guiding and managing a team that supports clients across residential and commercial real estate transactions. This role involves supervising daily brokerage activities, overseeing client interactions, and ensuring a high-quality experience throughout property discovery, evaluation, and closing. The team lead will coordinate property visits, assist with negotiations, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to address client requirements and resolve issues promptly.



The role also includes monitoring performance metrics, mentoring team members, and implementing best practices to improve service delivery and client satisfaction. The compensation range for this position is 40,000–60,000 (per month), depending on experience and skills.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear client interaction, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Candidates should possess Brokerage-related skills, such as managing property transactions, understanding market trends, and coordinating with property owners and developers.
- Candidates should possess Team Management and Team Leadership skills to supervise, motivate, and develop a high-performing real estate experience team.
- Candidates should possess Commercial Real Estate knowledge, including familiarity with leasing, investment principles, and corporate client requirements.
- Relevant experience in residential and/or commercial real estate, client-facing roles, or property consulting is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor's degree in business, real estate, management, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in basic office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru South, manage multiple client engagements, and maintain a client-centric, ethical approach to real estate services.
