About the Role

Domestic IT Recruiter

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing/Recruitment. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing quality IT talent, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving positions to closure within defined TAT.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT requirements across multiple clients and technologies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and referrals.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, CTC, location, notice period, and overall fit.
- Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure quality profiles are submitted within agreed TAT.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, offer discussions, and joining closure.
- Proactively manage candidates to minimize offer drops, no-shows, and joining dropouts.




- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive IT candidates.
- Maintain accurate updates in ATS, trackers, and recruitment MIS.
- Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely closure.
- Meet recruitment productivity, TAT, submission, interview, offer, and joining targets.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment / IT Staffing.
- Strong hands-on sourcing experience using Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Positive understanding of IT skills, technologies, and market availability.
- Strong screening, candidate engagement, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong ownership and commitment to quality and closure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in IT Staffing, RPO, Recruitment Consulting, IT Services, GCC, or Product companies.
- Exposure to contract, permanent, and volume hiring.
- Experience handling niche/difficult-to-close IT requirements.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment MIS.
