? Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Ariba implementation and support projects
- Drive global rollouts and country implementations
- Work closely with Sourcing, AP and cross-functional teams
- Manage offshore teams and mentor junior members
- Handle workshops, solution design and stakeholder discussions
- Support Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, Go-Live & Post-Go-Live activities
- Resolve high-severity incidents within SLA
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
