As an Art Director you will act as the vital link between select client briefs and the agency's visual output, specifically partnering with the copywriting and planning teams. Your work will be essential to ensure campaign success through listening to brand preferences and translating them into impactful visual strategies across both digital and mainline platforms.

The ideal candidate will be a valuable collaborator with a disruptive, customer-oriented approach to creative problem-solving.

Conceptualize and execute high-standard advertising ideas across both digital and mainline platforms, with a relentless focus on their visual appearance and impact.
Take complete accountability for assigned projects from initial brief and ideation through to final production and delivery.
Determine how best to present a creative concept visually. Support the Creative Director with key agency presentations, including existing client creative run-throughs and new business pitches.

Partner seamlessly with brand planners, copywriters, and content creators. Maintain strict quality control over visual outputs (pre-production, typography, asset slicing)



while keeping design elements on schedule and within budget parameters.

Ensure all approved master artwork files, project assets, and raw shoot materials are systematically archived and handed over to production teams.
Ensure zero unauthorized agency expenditure on external resources (such as experimental photography or external illustrators) without senior creative sign-off.
You have absolute proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, AI Tools and InDesign.
You bring strong graphic design foundations paired with animation and video editing skills tailored for digital platforms.
You know how to design for the entire spectrum: from mainline media (TV, Print, OOH) to fast-paced digital channels (social, search, programmatic, and content formats).
You can clearly articulate a point of view on your creative executions and operate effectively under tight deadlines and pressure.

You have 1– 3 years of experience working within an advertising agency environment, backed by a strong portfolio demonstrating integrated thinking
