What we're looking for

✅ 5+ years of professional backend coding experience (Java, Python, Node.js, Go, or C#) — strict requirement

✅ Strong fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, OOP,



databases, API & system design

✅ Excellent English communication, written and verbal

✅ Reliable webcam, mic, and stable internet

✅ Prior interviewing experience is a plus
