We are looking for a hands-on Senior Engineer to build and productionize GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, with strong backend engineering and production support experience.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong Python development
- GenAI / LLM application development
- Agentic AI frameworks – Lang Graph, Lang Chain, Auto Gen, CrewAI, Llama Index
- RAG, prompt engineering, tool calling, evaluation & observability
- FastAPI / backend API development
- SQL, NoSQL & Vector Databases
- AWS / Azure / GCP
- Docker, Kubernetes & CI/CD
- Production deployment, monitoring & troubleshooting
- Robust debugging and root-cause analysis
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy production-grade AI/agentic applications
- Develop RAG and retrieval pipelines
- Build backend APIs and microservices
- Implement AI evaluation, monitoring and observability
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions
Positive to Have: Knowledge graphs, synthetic data, evaluation datasets, MCP, and AI developer tools.
