Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai - Tamil Nadu

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR & Accounts Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to build a career in payment operations.

Role and Responsibilities

- Track consultant timesheets and attendance.
- Coordinate with consultants regarding timesheet submissions and compliance.
- Assist in employee engagement activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in invoice preparation and client billing.
- Track accounts receivable (AR) and follow up on payments.
- Maintain vendor records and payment tracking.
- Support in bank reconciliation and expense tracking.




- Maintain basic financial records and reports.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel).

Preferred Skills

- Basic accounting concepts.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
- Willingness to take relevant training or certifications.

APPENDIX-A: COMPENSATION & REWARDS STRUCTURE
Probation Period: During the 6-month probationary period with Stipend

Service Bond: 2-year service bond on completing the probation period.

Post-Probation Salary (Subject to performance review):

o Payment Associate (HR & Accounts Associate): ₹2,00,000 to ₹2,50,000 Per Annum (PST - US shift)
