Position: Team Lead – Technical Recruitment

- Experience: 7+ years
- Qualification: Any degree / Technical Degree
- Shift Timings: 6.00 PM to 3.00 AM IST
- Location: Uppal, Hyderabad

Required Skillset

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of US/Canada IT Recruitment
- Thorough understanding of technical roles, technologies and skill sets
- Proven experience in handling and mentoring recruiters
- Robust team management and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities
- Robust negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on team performance and delivery





Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and monitor a team of US IT Recruiters.
- Allocate requirements and ensure effective coverage of open positions.
- Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements.
- Guide recruiters in sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates.
- Monitor team performance, submissions, interviews, placements and closures.
- Ensure recruiters maintain consistent candidate follow-up and pipeline activity.
- Identify challenges and provide timely guidance to improve team productivity.
- Conduct regular team reviews and provide feedback and coaching.
- Ensure quality and timely submissions against client requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular performance updates.
- Support salary negotiations and offer closures when required.
- Drive the team towards achieving individual and organizational recruitment targets.
