ResponsibilitiesLead SAP S/4HANA OTC Pricing design, configuration, implementation, and support.Configure pricing procedures, condition types, condition tables, access sequences, discounts, surcharges, rebates, freight, and taxes.Manage end-to-end OTC processes including Sales Order, Delivery, Billing, and Invoicing.Gather requirements, conduct workshops, and provide functional solutions.Lead SIT/UAT, defect resolution, cutover, go-live, and production support.Work with FI, MM, Tax, Logistics, ABAP, and integration teams.Troubleshoot complex pricing and billing issues and drive process improvements.Required Skills & Experience7–10 years of overall SAP experience with 5+ years in SAP SD/OTC Pricing.Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA OTC and Pricing.Expertise in Pricing Procedures, Condition Technique, Rebates, Discounts, Taxes, and Billing.Solid end-to-end Order-to-Cash process knowledge.Experience with SAP SD integration with FI/MM and external systems.Experience in implementation, rollout, upgrade, and/or support projects.Strong requirement gathering, functional design, testing, and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
