About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and detail‑oriented
Change & Release Analyst
with strong experience in
SAP Change & Transport Management using Rev‑Trac . The ideal candidate will ensure smooth, compliant, and well-governed SAP change delivery cycles and will drive end‑to‑end change coordination across global teams.Experience with
ServiceNow Change Management
is an added advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesRev‑Trac & SAP Change OperationsManage end-to-end Rev-Trac Change Management, SAP transport lifecycle in Rev‑Trac (creation → approvals → migration → closure).Perform conflict checks, dependency assessments, and risk analysis for SAP changes.Oversee D2Q, Q2P, and D2P documentation within Rev‑Trac.Coordinate SAP transport releases across multi‑system landscapes.Collaborate with Basis,
functional, and development teams for transport movement and release readiness.Release CoordinationPlan, schedule, and execute release windows in alignment with business priorities.Support release cutovers, validations, and hypercare activities.Ensure complete and accurate change closure and post‑implementation verification.Governance & ComplianceFollow ITIL-aligned Change & Release Management processes.Maintain detailed documentation for audits, SOX, and compliance.Support Post‑Implementation Reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.Collaboration & CommunicationWork closely with global SAP, Basis, business, and project teams.Communicate change/release status, risks, and blockers to stakeholders.Required Skills & ExperienceMust-HaveHands-on experience with
Rev‑Trac
for SAP transport management.Robust understanding of SAP environments (ECC/S4, BW, PI/PO, etc.).Good knowledge of SAP transport routes and cross‑module impacts.Solid understanding of ITIL Change/Release processes.Ability to work in
shift-based
global support environment.
