The role involves technical leadership, study execution using ETAP, quality assurance, budget control, and on-time project delivery.

Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in

Electrical Engineering.8–14 years

of experience in

T&D; and Power system studies.Solid expertise in ETAP (Mandatory)Experience with

HV/MV/LV steady-state and dynamic studiesFamiliarity with

Middle East projects

(preferred)Knowledge of

protection systems and coordinationExposure to

DIgSILENT, PSCAD, PSS®E, CYMGRD, CYMCAP, Dialux

is an advantageExcellent

communication, analytical, and leadership skillsProficient in

written and spoken English

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform and review





power system studies

including Load Flow, Short Circuit, Arc Flash, Harmonics, Motor Starting, Protection Coordination, Grounding, Cable Sizing, Grid Integration, and Transient Stability using

ETAPPrepare

study reports , input data requests, and technical documentationConduct

grounding grid design , insulation coordination, and protection setting calculationsEnsure compliance with

SEC, Saudi Aramco, IEC, IEEE/ANSI, NEC, and NFPA standardsLead technical coordination with clients, internal teams, and global counterpartsManage

project budgets, schedules, and quality deliverablesSupport

proposal preparation, man-hour estimation, and resource planningMentor and provide

technical training to junior engineers
