JD :Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules.Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Design and implement absence plans, leave policies, accrual calculations,



and eligibility rules.Configure:Time Entry CodesTime Calculation RulesTime Tracking ValidationsWork SchedulesLeave Types and PlansHoliday CalendarsAccrual RulesSupport and optimize business processes related to employee attendance and leave management.Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management teams.Configure security roles and domain permissions.Perform testing activities including unit testing, SIT, and UAT.Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.Support Workday releases and enhancement projects.Prepare functional design documents and user training materials.
