Role summary:The Forward Deployed Engineer at Superleap is a high-impact, customer-facing engineering role where you work directly with enterprise clients to solve real business problems using technology.

You will be the technical subject-matter expert on Superleap CRM—owning end-to-end implementation for some of the most ambitious sales teams in India. From understanding complex enterprise workflows to configuring the platform from scratch, building automations, writing custom logic, and integrating third-party tools—you will turn business requirements into working systems.

This role is perfect for engineers who want to go beyond writing code and instead see their work drive real outcomes for large customers.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field1–4 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting, preferably within SaaS environmentsStrong proficiency in JavaScript, with the ability to build custom UI logic and automation workflowsSolid understanding of APIs,



system integrations, and SaaS-based workflowsProven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutionsExcellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindsetComfortable working directly with enterprise clients and stakeholdersSelf-driven with a high sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Enterprise Customer EngineeringPartner directly with enterprise customers to deploy and customize Superleap for their operational workflowsLead in-depth technical discovery sessions to understand revenue team processes and translate them into scalable CRM architectureConfigure and implement the platform from the ground up for new enterprise deploymentsCustom UI Development & Platform ExtensionDevelop advanced UI behaviors, workflow automations, and custom user experiences using JavaScriptExtend platform capabilities to support complex enterprise use cases through scripting and configurationEnsure all custom solutions are scalable, maintainable,
