About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced

Salesforce Business Analyst with strong hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience

to support a Salesforce CPQ implementation.The role will work across the

Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle , partnering with business stakeholders, Salesforce architects, developers, and administrators to translate business requirements into scalable CPQ solutions.The ideal candidate should have participated in at least

one end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementation , from requirements/discovery through deployment and post-production support.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead requirements gathering and analysis for Salesforce CPQ and Quote-to-Cash initiatives.Understand and document business processes across

product catalog, pricing, quoting, contracts, orders, amendments, and renewals .Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, functional specifications, and other BA documentation.Translate business requirements into Salesforce CPQ capabilities including:Product bundles and product configurationPrice books and pricingPrice rules and discount schedulesQuote templatesApproval workflowsAmendments and renewalsMap

current-state and future-state Quote-to-Cash processes

and identify gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.Partner with Salesforce architects, developers, and administrators to validate functional and solution designs.Facilitate requirement workshops, solution discussions, and demonstrations with business stakeholders.Plan and coordinate

UAT , including test scenarios, test scripts, defect management, and business sign-off.Support data mapping and migration activities involving products, price books, contracts, and subscriptions.Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews,



and retrospectives.Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical Salesforce teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

working on Salesforce implementations.Strong

hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience is mandatory .Practical experience with:Product and price book configurationProduct bundlesPrice rulesDiscountingQuote templatesApproval processesAmendmentsRenewalsExperience with at least

one end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementation , from discovery through deployment and hypercare.Strong understanding of the

Quote-to-Cash lifecycle , including quoting, contracting, order management, invoicing, and revenue operations.Solid experience creating BA deliverables such as

user stories, BRDs/FRDs, process maps, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices .Experience managing UAT cycles and obtaining business sign-off.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.Experience working in

Agile/Scrum environments .

Preferred / Nice to HaveSalesforce

CPQ Specialist Certification

– strongly preferred.Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator certification.Exposure to

Salesforce Billing

and downstream invoicing processes.Experience with CLM/document-generation platforms such as

DocuSign or Conga .Exposure to ERP integrations such as

SAP or NetSuite .Understanding of middleware/integration platforms supporting Quote-to-Cash processes.Previous consulting or client-facing Salesforce implementation experience.

What We're Looking ForWe are specifically looking for a

Salesforce BA who has genuinely worked on CPQ implementations , rather than someone with only general Salesforce BA experience. The person should be comfortable discussing CPQ business processes, translating requirements into CPQ functionality, running stakeholder workshops, and supporting the implementation through UAT and production deployment.:::
