About Role:

We're looking for an experienced

.NET Architect (15+ Years)

to lead the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications. This is a

hands-on Individual Contributor role

focused on architecture, technical leadership, engineering excellence, and

AI-Enabled Engineering Practices, with hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesDefine technical architecture and technology direction for enterprise-grade applicationsDrive microservices, distributed systems, API-first, and event-driven architecture initiativesLead design reviews, modernization programs, and cloud adoption strategiesPartner with Product teams on feasibility assessments, PoCs, and technical trade-offsChampion security, observability, scalability,



and engineering best practicesDrive responsible adoption of AI-assisted development practices to improve quality and delivery velocityRemain hands-on with architecture, code reviews, troubleshooting, and critical solution design

Required qualifications15+ years of experience in .NET Full Stack Engineering, Solution Design, and Enterprise Architecture.Hands-on expertise in Classic ASP, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, and MVC.Strong experience designing scalable Microservices and Distributed Systems architectures.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP also acceptable), including serverless computing technologies.Expertise in API-first design, RESTful services, and Event-Driven Architecture.Experience building contemporary web applications using React and/or Next.js.Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, application security, observability, and enterprise integration patterns.Proven ability to identify, manage, and modernize technical debt across enterprise applications.Experience with AI-enabled engineering practices and hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Agentic AI solutions to improve engineering productivity.
