to manage and support enterprise-grade database environments. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in DB2 administration, performance tuning, high availability, disaster recovery, and database infrastructure management.Key Responsibilities:✅ Install, configure, and maintain

DB2 databases on z/OS .✅ Manage database infrastructure, including instances, partitions, and clusters.✅ Design and implement

High Availability and Disaster Recovery (HADR)

solutions, clustering, and replication.✅ Perform database upgrades, fix packs, patch management, and version migrations.✅ Monitor database performance and optimize system resources for maximum efficiency.✅ Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.✅ Troubleshoot complex database and system-level issues, performing root cause analysis.✅ Optimize memory, CPU, I/O, storage, and database configurations.✅ Collaborate with infrastructure teams for capacity planning and hardware sizing.✅ Automate DBA activities using scripting tools such as

Shell, Python,



or Perl .✅ Implement and maintain database security, including authentication, authorization, and auditing.✅ Support production environments and participate in on-call support as required.✅ Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and best practices.Required Skills:Strong experience with
