to design, develop, and support our PeopleSoft CRM solutions, BCI. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with the ability to independently analyze requirements, design robust solutions, and troubleshoot complex issues.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop enhancements within the PeopleSoft CRM platform.Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Design and develop advanced PeopleCode solutions.Build reusable frameworks and services using Application Packages.Develop and maintain integrations using Integration Broker and APIs.Perform technical analysis, solution design, and impact assessments.Optimize application and database performance.Support PUM activities, upgrades, and customization reviews.Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices.Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum

5 years of PeopleSoft development experience .Experience with

PeopleTools 8.58+ .Strong expertise in:PeopleCodeApplication EngineApplication PackagesComponent InterfacesPeopleSoft Events & Event MappingDrop ZonesAdvanced knowledge of

Oracle SQL , query tuning,



and performance troubleshooting.Strong experience with

Integration Broker , REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, and XML.Hands-on experience with

Fluid UI

development.Experience with

PUM , Compare Reports, and upgrade impact analysis.Strong understanding of PeopleSoft security and troubleshooting.Key CompetenciesStrong solution design and architecture skills.Ability to work independently and propose technical solutions.Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to troubleshoot complex application, integration, and performance issues.Robust communication skills and ability to mentor team members.Preferred SkillsPeopleTools 8.59+.PeopleSoft CRM experience.Elasticsearch/OpenSearch.OAuth, SSO, and security integrations.WebLogic and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) knowledge.Ideal CandidateA senior technical professional with deep expertise in
