Description1. Platform Administration & Governance2. Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring high availability, performance, reliability, and security.3. Manage system configurations, user administration, groups, roles, ACLs, and platform access controls.4. Establish and enforce platform governance, standards, and best practices.5. Monitor platform health, performance metrics, and capacity utilization.6. Platform Operations & Maintenance7. Coordinate ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and release management activities.8. Validate platform functionality through testing and post-upgrade reviews.9. Manage instance cloning activities and workplace strategy across Development, Test, and Production environments.10. Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues, incidents,



and service disruptions.11. Configuration & Enhancement12. Configure workflows, business rules, notifications, forms, service catalogs, and knowledge management solutions.13. Support implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow modules such as: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB14. Employee Center15 Service Catalog16 Knowledge Management17. HR Service Delivery18. Asset Management

Requirements*1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.2. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required or strongly preferred.3. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.4. ITIL Foundation Certification preferred.
