We are seeking to hire FP&A; Analyst (EPM / Oracle)

with 7+ years of experience in : Oracle EPM, Smart View Reporting, and System Maintenance.

Role OverviewThe FP&A; Analyst (EPM) is responsible for maintaining and operating the company’s Oracle EPM environment, including reporting, data validation, and planning support. This role owns recurring system-driven deliverables tied to monthly close, forecast cycles, and management reporting.The role requires hands-on experience with Oracle EPM (Hyperion/Planning), including Smart View reporting, data validation, and maintaining system structures. The focus is on accuracy, consistency, and ensuring finance outputs tie across systems and reporting.

Key ResponsibilitiesOracle EPM Reporting (Smart View)Run and refresh Smart View reports on a monthly and quarterly cadence (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, departmental reporting)Maintain and update Smart View templates used for FBR, forecast, and close reportingValidate that report outputs tie to system data and reporting packagesSupport distribution of finalized reports to finance stakeholdersData Validation & ReconciliationReconcile data between Oracle EPM, ERP (Oracle), and offline Excel modelsValidate actuals and forecast data loads within EPM (including entity, department, and account mappings)Identify and resolve data mismatches across systems and reporting outputsEnsure consistency between EPM outputs and management reportingSystem Maintenance (Oracle EPM / Hyperion)Maintain metadata, including hierarchies (entities, departments, accounts)



and mappingsSupport updates to reporting dimensions and system structuresAssist with user access, form updates, and basic system configuration changesDocument system logic, mappings, and reporting structuresForecast & Planning Cycle SupportSupport forecast and budget cycles within Oracle EPM (data uploads, validations, and tie-outs)Validate forecast submissions and ensure alignment with reporting outputsTrack and resolve system issues during planning cyclesMaintain planning templates and ensure consistent usage across teamsReporting Infrastructure & ImprovementImprove Smart View reporting templates to reduce manual adjustmentsStandardize reporting outputs across financeIdentify opportunities to automate recurring reporting within EPMPartner with FP&A; and Accounting to improve data flow between ERP and EPMExecution & ControlsDeliver all system outputs accurately and on time for close and forecast cyclesPerform validation checks prior to report distributionMaintain version control and file integrity across reporting outputsEscalate data or system issues early with clear root causeWays of WorkingWork is structured around monthly close and forecast cyclesDeliverables are system-driven and deadline-sensitiveStrong discipline required for data validation, tie-outs,

What We Are Looking ForRequired7+ years of experience working with Oracle EPM / Hyperion PlanningHands-on experience with Smart View (building, refreshing, and maintaining reports)Experience supporting close and forecast cycles within EPM systemsStrong understanding of financial statements (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow)Advanced Excel skills, including working with system-linked reportsExperience reconciling data between ERP and EPM systemsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring system tasks

PreferredExperience with Oracle ERP (GL, balances, data extracts)Familiarity with metadata management (hierarchies, dimensions, mappings)Exposure to cash flow or working capital reporting within EPMExperience supporting system improvements or implementations
