Responsibilities:Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure including routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancersPerform L2/L3 troubleshooting and escalation handling for complex network incidentsParticipate in network design, implementation,
and optimization initiativesCollaborate with internal technical teams and stakeholders to resolve network issuesEnsure adherence to SLA commitments and incident management processesMaintain proper technical documentation and knowledge base updatesProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
QualificationsStrong hands-on expertise in Routing & Switching, Firewalls, and Load BalancersExperience working in enterprise or managed services environments
