SAP SuccessFactors PMGM ConsultantExperience:4+ YearsImplementation Experience:Minimum 2 End-to-End ImplementationsLocation:Hyderabad / Bangalore / Noida / BhubaneswarEmployment Type:Full-TimeKey ResponsibilitiesLead and deliverSAP SuccessFactors PMGMimplementations from requirement gathering through go-live.ConfigurePerformance Management and Goal Managementmodules based on business requirements.Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.Configure performance forms, sections, rating scales, competencies, goals, and related workflows.Configure and manageGoal PlanandPerformance Formtemplates.Work with stakeholders to understand performance management processes and translate business requirements into SuccessFactors solutions.Support integration and data requirements related to PMGM and other SuccessFactors modules.Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user documentation.Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT support,



and defect resolution.Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot functional issues.Collaborate with other SuccessFactors consultants acrossEmployee Central, Compensation, Learning, Succession, and other moduleswhere required.Participate in client meetings, workshops, and solution discussions.Mandatory Skills4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM.Minimum2 End-to-End SAP SuccessFactors PMGM implementations .Strong hands-on experience inPerformance Management and Goal Management .Good understanding of PMGM configuration and business processes.Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Positive understanding of SuccessFactors ecosystem and integration touchpoints.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Good to HaveSAP SuccessFactors PMGM certification.Experience working with global clients and distributed teams.
