Job Role: Senior Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails & React.js)Location:Gachibowli, HyderabadWork Mode:Hybrid – 2–3 days/week from officeExperience:4–6 YearsEmployment Type:Full-TimeNotice Period:Immediate to 30 DaysAbout the Role:We are looking for aSenior Software Engineerwith strong hands-on experience inRuby on Rails and React.jsto join our engineering team in Hyderabad.You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and enhancing web applications, APIs, batch processes, automation tools, and data products. The role involves working across both backend and frontend technologies in a modern cloud-based engineering environment.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications usingRuby on Rails and React.js .Build and enhance APIs, batch processes, automation solutions, and developer tools.Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend components using React.js.Design robust backend services using Ruby on Rails and MVC architecture.Write high-quality, maintainable,



and well-tested code following TDD practices.Develop and maintain automated test suites using RSpec/Minitest.Work with Git/GitHub in a collaborative development setting.Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders.Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, Agile ceremonies, and sprint planning.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making.Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application performance and reliability.Required Skills:4–6 years of software development experience.Strong hands-on experience withRuby on Rails .Solid hands-on experience withReact.jsand modern frontend development.Good understanding of Rails MVC architecture and the Ruby ecosystem.Experience with Ruby Gems, Bundler, and dependency management.Experience with RSpec or Minitest.Strong understanding of Git and collaborative development practices.Experience with any major cloud platform such asAWS, Azure, or GCP .Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.Strong SQL knowledge with MySQL or PostgreSQL.Positive communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to mentor engineers and work effectively in a team environment.
