About this Role

3+ years of hands-on UX research experience, independently leading complex projects from scoping to delivery across one or more product charters.You'll work closely with Product and Design teams to plan and execute research at various depths and timelines — conducting in-field and remote research, synthesising findings, and socialise learnings within PorterThis is not a supported IC role. Full outcome ownership is the expectation — from scoping the right questions, all the way through to insight implementation.

Nice to have
