Key ResponsibilitiesTSNA Administration & SupportInstall, configure, upgrade, and maintain BMC TrueSight Network Automation (TSNA) environments.Perform platform health checks, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.Manage TSNA application services, database connectivity, and integrations.Handle platform migrations, OS upgrades, and patch management activities.Monitor system logs and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.Network Configuration ManagementOnboard and manage network devices (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Load Balancers).Perform configuration backups and restoration activities.Manage device credentials, realms, and access controls.Support network configuration lifecycle management.Compliance & Audit ManagementCreate and maintain compliance policies and rules.Perform compliance assessments and remediation tracking.Generate compliance reports for PCI DSS, SOX,



and internal security audits.Investigate and resolve compliance violations.Automation & Change ManagementDevelop and maintain TSNA automation scripts and operational jobs.Execute bulk configuration changes across network devices.Automate repetitive network operational tasks.Support change implementation and rollback planning.Integration & ReportingIntegrate TSNA with:BMC Helix Operations Management (BHOM)Remedy/ITSMServiceNowSplunkOther monitoring and ticketing toolsCreate dashboards, reports, and operational metrics for stakeholders.Incident & Problem ManagementSupport production incidents and critical outages.Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.Collaborate with network, security, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
