The ideal candidate will lead end‑to‑end architecture, blueprinting, implementation, and optimization of MDM platforms for large‑scale digital transformation programs.Location: PAN IndiaKey Responsibilities:Architect and designIBM MDM solutions , including data models, services, workflows, and integration patterns.LeadMDM strategy, roadmap, and governance frameworksacross domains (Customer, Product, Supplier, etc.).Define and implementmatch/merge rules, data quality rules, survivorship strategies , and hierarchy management.Analyze existing systems, performdata profiling , and design scalableGolden Record frameworks .Integrate IBM MDM with enterprise applications usingREST/SOAP APIs, MQ, Kafka,
