Should have experience as an SAP PP & QM Consultant, with participation in at least 3 to 4 full-cycle SAP implementation projects from requirement gathering through go-live and post-production support.Basic knowledge of SAP MM, SD, and FI integration with SAP PP-QM processes.Familiarity with cross-functional business processes and integration touchpoints across procurement, production, Quality, inventory, and finance functionsUnderstand the current (As-Is) business processes and identify relevant business scenariosDesign the future-state (To-Be) processes and prepare Business Blueprint (BBP) documentationConfigure SAP PP-PI and QM modules for manufacturing and process industry environments.Strong expertise in PP-PI, particularly within continuous process industriesHands-on knowledge of MRP, production order execution, batch management, make-to-stock (MTS), and make-to-order (MTO)
business scenarios.Valuable understanding of material master data and its role in PP-QM integrationFamiliarity with end-to-end PP-QM business transactional processesAnalyze system issues, identify root causes, and implement permanent solutions and workaroundsExperience in Quality planning, Quality inspection, Quality notifications, and audit management processes and coordinating resolution of Quality issue with the business user.Knowledge of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes.Ability to independently implement and deliver SAP solutionsPerform feasibility assessments for service and change requests and execute approved enhancementsMaintain functional and technical documentation, including knowledge-based articlesProvide application support in accordance with defined SLA proceduresConduct user training sessions and support business users effectivelyWorking knowledge of SAP Fiori applications and functionalitiesExecute project activities efficiently and ensure successful deliveryGood communication and presentation skills
