Wireframe Designer

with expertise in designing analytical dashboards and reporting solutions for the banking and financial services domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements, KPIs, and decision-making needs into intuitive dashboard wireframes and user experiences that can be implemented in Power BI.The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, business analysts, and Power BI developers to ensure dashboards are visually effective, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives.Candidates with Power BI knowledge and experience designing dashboard interactions will be highly preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate business requirements, KPIs, and analytical use cases into intuitive dashboard and report wireframes.Design low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes for Power BI reports and dashboards, including page layouts, navigation structures, filters, slicers, drill-downs, drill-throughs, and interactive user journeys.Create information architecture and visual hierarchies that enable effective data storytelling and rapid insight consumption.Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Data Analysts, and Power BI Developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with Power BI capabilities.Define dashboard standards, UX patterns,



and reusable design components to ensure consistency across enterprise reporting solutions.Apply data visualization best practices to represent KPIs, trends, comparisons, exceptions, and performance indicators effectively.Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, and enterprise user experience standards.Participate in dashboard reviews, UAT sessions, and stakeholder feedback workshops to validate implementation against approved wireframes.Continuously refine dashboard designs based on business feedback and evolving reporting requirements.Support BI modernization initiatives by creating user-centric reporting experiences for banking and financial services stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills5- 7+ years of experience in Wireframing, UX Design, Dashboard Design, or Business Intelligence reporting solutions.Minimum 3+ years of experience working in the Banking, Financial Services, or Cards domain.Strong experience designing wireframes for analytical dashboards, management reporting, and KPI-driven business intelligence solutions.Solid understanding of Power BI dashboard and report constructs,



including:Report PagesVisuals and KPI CardsSlicers and FiltersDrill-Down and Drill-Through NavigationTooltipsCross-Filtering and Cross-HighlightingBookmarks and Navigation FlowsProficiency with wireframing and prototyping tools such as:FigmaAdobe XDSketchBalsamiqStrong understanding of information architecture, dashboard layout design, and data visualization principles.Experience designing executive dashboards, operational dashboards, and analytical reports for business users.Ability to convert complex business requirements into simple, intuitive design artifacts.Excellent stakeholder communication and requirement gathering skills.

Preferred SkillsHands-on Power BI development experience.Experience working on Banking, Credit Card, Lending, Risk, Finance, Customer Analytics, or Regulatory Reporting dashboards.Familiarity with BI modernization, cloud analytics, data warehousing, and enterprise reporting initiatives.Understanding of Power BI design best practices, performance considerations, and visualization standards.Knowledge of accessibility and responsive dashboard design principles.

Ideal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate is someone who can bridge the gap between business and technology by understanding how executives and business users consume information and translating those needs into intuitive Power BI dashboard experiences. While deep wireframing and UX expertise is essential, candidates who also possess strong Power BI knowledge or hands-on Power BI development experience will be given preference.Priority Order for Hiring:Wireframe Designer with solid understanding of Power BI dashboard/report capabilities and interactions.UX/Wireframe Designer with experience designing analytical dashboards in the Banking/Financial Services domain.
