About the Role

We are looking for a Research & Consulting Associate who enjoys researching, writing, understanding businesses and putting information together in a clear and structured manner.

This is a non-technical research and consulting role. The work does not require coding, programming, advanced data analytics, or technical research. Instead, the role focuses on business research, understanding information, report writing, documentation, and supporting consulting projects.

You will work closely with our consulting team on client projects and will be involved in research, report preparation, documentation, presentations, and other project-related work.

We are looking for someone who has at least 1 year of qualified experience, communicates well, pays attention to detail and is willing to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

Research companies, industries, business topics and other subjects relevant to our client projectsRead and understand information from different sources and organize it clearlyPrepare and structure diagnostic reports, executive summaries and other consulting documentsConvert notes and inputs from consultants and discussions into clear written contentPrepare presentations,



project summaries and other documents as requiredSupport the consulting team with ongoing client projectsMaintain project trackers and documentationReview reports and presentations for accuracy, language, formatting and consistencySupport special projects and other assignments as required

What We're Looking For

Graduate or postgraduate in Psychology, HR, BMS, BBA, BMM, Mass Communication, or a related field1–2 years of professional experience in research, documentation, content writing, HR, consulting support, or a related areaStrong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in EnglishGood research and documentation skillsAbility to understand information and present it in a clear and structured mannerGood attention to detailComfortable working on MS Word, PowerPoint and basic ExcelWillingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned workNo technical or programming background is required
