What we're looking for0–2 years of experience, or a robust portfolio from academic and personal workAbility to create UI with AI tools like Stitch and Claude DesignSolid Figma skills — auto layout, components, variants, prototypingA portfolio showing at least one full mobile app or web product flow, not just isolated screensUnderstanding of layout, hierarchy, typography, and colour

Nice to haveFamiliarity with Material Design 3 or iOS design patternsBasic motion or micro-interaction designExposure to Flutter or how designs translate into codeIllustration, icon design, or branding skills
