Workday HCM Functional Consultant

with strong expertise in Workday Core HCM and experience in implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement projects.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and support

Workday HCM

business processes and functional areas.Work on

Core HCM , including organizations, staffing, job profiles, supervisory organizations, and worker data.Configure business processes, condition rules, validations, approvals, and security.Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.Support integrations, testing, data validation, UAT, and production deployment.Troubleshoot functional issues and provide root-cause analysis.Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents,



and test scenarios.Collaborate with technical teams, HR stakeholders, and project teams.Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience in

Workday HCM / Core HCM .Experience with

Workday Business Processes and Security .Good understanding of Workday HCM configuration and HR processes.Experience in implementation, enhancement, or AMS/support projects.Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.Workday certification is preferred.Valuable to HaveExperience in

Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, or Talent Management .Exposure to

Workday EIB, Core Connectors, and integrations .Experience working in multiple Workday implementation projects.
