Preferred Technical and Professional ExperienceIBM Z Mainframe Hardware and I/O Configuration certification or equivalent experience.Strong experience with IBM HCD (Hardware Configuration Definition) and IOCP (Input/Output Configuration Program).Experience with FICON Director, SAN connectivity, and enterprise storage integration.Knowledge of IBM DASD technologies, including DS8000 and enterprise storage platforms.Experience supporting IBM Z CPC upgrades, PR/SM, LPAR configurations, and processor migrations.Familiarity with GDPS, disaster recovery planning, and high-availability solutions.Experience with z/OS IPL processes, HMC, and system activation procedures.Knowledge of Parallel Sysplex and multi-site mainframe environments.Experience with hardware migration planning and data center transformation projects.Familiarity with automation and configuration management tools.Understanding of ITIL Change Management and enterprise infrastructure governance.Strong problem-solving, documentation, communication, and vendor coordination skills.Automation experience, especially IaaS (infrastructure as a code)Vulnerability managementMicrosoft Active Directory and federation services
