What the Role IsDesign and implement analog and mixed-signal circuits for advanced PowerTile IC designs for AI processorsDefine top-level specifications in collaboration with system architects and product teams.Perform transistor-level design, simulation, and verification across PVT corners using industry-standard EDA tools.Work closely with system, test, and product engineers to ensure successful product development.





Skills & QualificationsMS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.10+ years of hands-on analog/mixed-signal IC design experience.Strong foundation in device physics, analog circuit theory, and CMOS/BiCMOS processes.Solid understanding of analog design fundamentals (gain, stability, noise, mismatch, compensation).Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or equivalent EDA tools.Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.Excellent communication and technical leadership abilities.
