We are looking for an experienced CICS System Programmer with solid hands-on expertise in CICS system programming on IBM z/OS environments. The role requires deep technical knowledge of CICS internals, configuration, installation, maintenance, and performance tuning. This is not an operations or monitoring role.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, customize, and upgrade IBM CICS Transaction Server on z/OSPerform CICS region setup and management, including AOR/FOR/TOR configurationsDefine and manage CICS resources using RDO / CSD / DFHCSDUPAdminister and support CICSPlex SM environmentsHandle CICS-related SMP/E maintenance, PTFs, and version upgradesPerform performance tuning and capacity planning for CICS regionsDiagnose and resolve CICS system-level issues, abends, dumps, and performance problemsWork closely with z/OS system programmers, application teams,



and middleware teamsEnsure high availability, stability, and compliance of CICS environmentsParticipate in on-call support for critical CICS incidents
