Hands-on experience administering Nexthink in an enterprise workplace (backend/server administration, console management, and analytics).• Nexthink Administrator certification (required)• Hands on experience administering the Nexthink platform• Experience supporting enterprise Windows and macOS endpoint environments• Working knowledge of PowerShell and Bash scripting• Experience with extending platforms through REST API integrations• Ability to translate business needs into measurable digital experience outcomes• Basic understanding of ITSM concepts (incident and problem management)• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with guidance from senior team members• Familiarity with data privacy/compliance considerations when designing investigations and reports.
