Position: QM Master Data ManagementExperience: 3-5 YearsLocation: HyderabadWork Mode: HybridAssociate Master Data ManagementRole Description:The Master Data Associate – Material, Production & Quality will support theaccuracy and consistency of master data across the organization. This role will perform datavalidation, entry, cleansing, and enrichment while collaborating with teams to resolve issues andensure data integrity. The associate will support key performance monitoring, data governance,and compliance efforts, as well as assist in data migration and integration projects. Candidatesshould have a basic understanding of enterprise applications like SAP or Oracle, familiarity withdata quality and compliance standards, and strong analytical skills.Roles & Responsibilities: Perform handson creation, maintenance, and validation of Material Master, Productionelated master data in SAP/ S4HANA environments. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across relevant views Execute correctness, and data cleanup activities as part of ongoing operations ortransformation initiatives Support process optimization initiatives to improve data management workflows andenhance efficiency Collaborate cross-functionally with business, IT, and operations teams to resolve data-related issues and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Basic Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 2-3 years of experience in SAP ECC,master data management, data governance, or data operations,



preferably in thehealthcare or biotech supply chainsTechnical Proficiency: Experience in SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), andother data management tools (e.g., MDG,S4 HANA).Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large datasets and deliver actionable insights.Intellectual Curiosity: Driven to learn by asking questions, proactively learning thebusiness, and developing new skills.Attention to Detail: High accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong focus on dataquality.Internal Use Only Marketing andSalesCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability topresent findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Functional Skills:Must-Have Skills:Working knowledge of SAP.Handson experience in Quality master data, Quality Inspection plan, Master Inspectioncharacteristics (MIC’s), Reference operation set (RO’s).Understanding of general master data management processes, frameworks, andgovernance.Proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite, with experience in data analysisBasic understanding of data governance frameworks and ensuring data accuracy andquality.Strong communication skills for presenting data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.Good-to-Have Skills:SAP S/4, SAP MDG.Soft Skills:Valuable analytical and troubleshooting skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams.High degree of initiative and self-motivation, centered around data perfectionTeam-oriented, with a focus on achieving team goals.
