Senior Product Designer

role will be part of the Design team within the Digital Office organization. In this position, the candidate is responsible of designing Digital Experiences and flows based on Design best practices, Design patterns and principles, designing concepts, and guiding the development of content. Role is responsible for creating all visual components as part of the digital experience to deliver, with a superb aesthetic sense. He/she leads all aspects of the look and feel of mockups and creative concepts of digital experiences. He/she will be collaborating with a team of multidisciplinary designers, researchers, technologists, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the overall look and feel of a product taking ownership in the creative executions, deriving the brand personality and ensures product alignment to the head of designs vision.Creating wireframes based as per requirements.In collaboration with Designers, Researchers and UI engineers, co-create UX within Agile delivery mode.Leading workshops with various stakeholders with the objective of requirements clarification and refinement needed for design decisions.Estimating efforts based on requirements.Planning design workstreams for user experience and information architecture by studying content concepts, strategy, and target audience; envisioning architectural hierarchies, patterns, features and functionality.Leading discussions aiming to convert feature-oriented requirements into design backlog itemsConducts user testing activities to learn and refine the user needs, preferences, objectives and vocabulary. This includes card-sorting activities, treejack testing,



focus groups and other techniques as required.Assessment of existing digital experiences in terms of UX consistency, information architecture, navigation and classification effectiveness.Collaborate with other designers and business stakeholders in shaping digital experiencesCo-create digital experiences with the support of other designersSupport designers in the handover to front-end engineersCommunicates and articulates design decisions • Attention to visual details and organization. • Collaborate with Front-end engineers, by taking and providing comments, and integrate those comments into the HQ designs • Interact with business analysts and product owner for business requirements gathering, communicating the designs, supporting the business in expressing the product specifications from a design perspective • Able to take constructive criticisms and adjust the designs accordingly.

Key Qualifications:Holding a degree in Graphic design, interactive media design or similarGraduate degree a plus MSc/MA will be considered an assetDesign Thinking, Creative outputs and experience of industry standard software & Prototyping toolsFoundation of hands-on, applicable experience, in UX/UI or any other related domains8+ years of experience in a related fieldExperience in the Banking or Financial industry is considered as an assetExperience in the GCC region is considered as an assetHuman Centered Design Practises, ▪ Designing for Native app UI ▪ Designing for webA design thinker that is comfortable with vagueness and unknowns ▪ A collaborator and co-creator with others ▪ An innovation thinker with abilities to challenge ▪ Understands, appreciates and lives User experience & information architecture as a craft ▪ Self-motivated and open to feedback, experimentation & learning. ▪ Passionate about analyzing problems & designing solutions ▪ A curious observer that is able to identify patterns and meaning through design, solutions, and insights
